Brazil lives on in CO

This past week or so was really wonderful. Beginning and ending with all the Brazil Fest activities, interwoven with musical fun with so many good friends: Tito Malaga, Kailin Yong, Johnny Long, Fara Tolno, Kim Stone, Mike Marlier, Eddie Turner, John Magne and more. Time for a couple of good hot days to catch your breath, and now...

I am home for Second Thursday! Yes I will be there at Caffe Sole this Thursday, Aug 9, with Bill Kopper, Raoul Rossiter, subbing for Dave is the wonderful Victor Mestas Pérez on keys, direct from Venezuela. Try out your new dance steps before you forget the workshops you took last week.

Then off to WY for a small festival date (Rock Springs, if you are headed that way!) and back Sunday at 5pm for Bohemian Nights in Ft. Collins.

Next weekend sees me back on the road with the Lionel Young Band , so please come say hi Thursday - enjoy the depth of the Brazilian music current running through Boulder. Lets dance!
