Dear friends,

Cold weather makes indoor activities very appealing. But nothing stays the same and this week's music is no exception. Two rewarding  events on my agenda are making me a happy camper.

I am excited to announce that within two months, the new CD will be ready:
Dexter Payne Quartet Plus 1. Come to Caffe Sole next week (Feb 12) for details of inevitable festivities!

Nokuthula 
-  great marimba-fusion band led by Andre Mallinger (some may have seen Andre in recent Frank Zappa tributes in Ned and at Dazzle in Denver) Largely but not exclusively Zimbabwe based music. Come and dance!
